My name is Beth Moore and I am so happy to be working with you. This course is one month long. In this course we will set you up with the tools to get out of restriction based dieting and focus more on you, how your feel, and your overall health.
Each week there will be 2 audio discourses to help you start taking back control over your health! I encourage you not to jump ahead so you can truly work on each step.
